SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, however in most circumstances we will dispatch the same day as you order.

United Kingdom:

Item's will be sent via first class post, unless stated otherwise. The cost for this will be £3.50.

International:
​
Europe sent via international standard - £7.50
​
Rest Of The World sent via international standard - £12
​
*Your order should arrive within 10 working days after dispatch.

*These delivery times however, are guidelines and may vary due to mail handling procedures in certain countries.

RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event you need to return a product please let us know within 14 days of the order, we will then provide postage details on how to return it to us.
​
Please then return the product as sold within the 14 days of this time to qualify for an exchange/refund, with tags still in place and the product unworn/unused. Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on straws.

Please send the order back using a traceable service as we are not responsible for items not making it back to our office.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed using the same account details used to make the initial order. Once we receive the item we will process the refund via PayPal, this will usually be the same day the order is received but please allow 2-3 working days.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive the item we will send the replacement as soon as possible, we aim to do this on the same day it is received.
