Naomi obtained a law degree at the University of Bournemouth in 2017. Naomi has a strong passion in Marine Conservation and has recently completed a Masters in the subject. Determined to help make a difference and spread awareness on how important our Oceans are, Naomi founded Thalassophile in 2017 by selling handmade bracelets and selling glass straws. Profits were then donated to Ocean Conservation Charities. With the dream of expanding Thalassophile to become a clothing brand and blog, she and George teamed up to establish Thalassophile Official Limited.
George obtained a Digital Media Design degree at the University of Bournemouth in 2017. During his sandwich year, George joined Archipelagos - Institute of Marine Conservation as a media specialist, and worked with them to help defend the biodiversity of the Greek seas and islands, as well as the entire eastern Mediterranean. Since then he has gone on to work with global brands after joining the digital agency, Waste Creative. George was drafted into Thalassophile last year to compliment Naomi's Start - up determination, with his industry experience.
